- Authorization Required: All returns must receive prior written authorization before being sent back.
- Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Condition: Returned items must be unused, in resalable condition, and in their original packaging.
- Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Freight for replacement materials will follow the freight policy in effect at the time of shipment.
